Rainer's Version of Starfinder

Installation

Unpack the tar-file somewhere on your disk and add the directory to your IDL path. Make sure it is in the path before any directory containing an old version of starfinder. There are approximately 47 ways to change the path, two reasonable ways are:

Set the environment variable IDL_PATH in your shell. If you're using the bash, add
```
	export IDL_PATH="/home/koehler/IDL/starfinder:$IDL_PATH"
```
to your .bashrc.
If you're using tcsh, then add
```
	setenv IDL_PATH "/home/koehler/IDL/starfinder:$IDL_PATH"
```
to your .cshrc or .tcshrc.
If you prefer the idlde, then you can change the path in the preferences window, which you can find in the "File"- or the "Window"-menu. Within the section "IDL" is a tab to set the Paths. Add your starfinder directory with the "Insert" button and move it to the top of the list with the "Move up" button.

If you now type xstarfinder in idl, then you should get my version.
