La Silla and the ESO 1.52-m telescope

[La Silla] View of the La Silla observatory in the Chilean Andes.

The ESO 1.52-m telescope was built by REOSC and is essentially a twin of the 1.5 m at Observatoire de Haute Provence. It is mounted in an English cradle and is used at f/14.9 Cassegrain. The scale is 9.0 arcsec/mm.
